What is the purpose and the legal basis?
EconPartner can store accounting and salary information, contact information and other information that we otherwise receive from you. This is done to manage your customer relationship and deliver the services you receive from us.

Relevant privacy information is governed by the data service agreement that is included in the assignment agreement. This is signed by the customer and EconPartner. Here, the information and subcontractors are used. The personal information used in the customer relationship is provided and provided by the customer himself. All privacy information is sent through secure portals.

It is advised that EconPartner may be legally obliged to disclose personal information to the public authority, etc. as a result of a court decision, law or regulation. Personal information may be disclosed to the company’s auditor, lawyers or persons inside the business.
